I do not know if we will keep this in the final result but it looks ok for now!

Books reading and robot texturing : END

Hello,

I have finished the reading of the books and I have gathered a lot interesting informations in my sketchbook! I have also continued with my dissertation writing.

The texturing of the robot is now complete and here is a couple of images to show you how he looks!

I have tried to make him look as a dirty and timeworn! I am pretty happy with the way he looks because I just learned Maya this year and I had to learn everything about textures and lights so I think he looks good!

Lets see now how he is looking.

Dissertation and robot texturing

I will now focus on my dissertation and texturing the robot, Maxime is still rigging the chef now!

I am reading few books about the body language and animation, how it is important to take the moment by drawings things, especially people. It helps to get the emotion, to know what the character has to do, how he has to move to convey a specific emotion because it is really important that the audience feels empathy for characters, that is what attracts the viewer.

- Stop-Motion Filming and Performance

Robot final modeling

After spending a couple of weeks  on the modeling of the robot I finally finish it!
